Nordic Light International Festival of Photography takes place in Kristiansund, 25–29 April 2018. During the festival, world-renowned photography legends, aspiring photographers, students and other interested in photography, art and culture, gather in the intimate and charming coastal city of Kristiansund.

The festival comprises a wide range of events during the festival week: lectures, photo exhibitions, gallery talks, portfolio reviews, breakfast movies, talkshows and more.

Hustle and bustle in the foyer

The lectures take place in Caroline cinema. In the foyer outside the theatre we want to create hustle and bustle. NORDphotography and Stjørdal Foto have already confirmed their participation with a stand. Also, there will be a photo exhibition by NFF, the Norwegian Association of Professional Photographers, with photos from the National Competition 2018.

Sell your own photo book

Are you a photographer who has published a photo book during the past two years? You can sell it in the foyer during the festival. It does not cost anything to have your book for sale, as long as it is your own book, and that you will be attending the festival with a festival pass, weekend pass or day pass for the period or given days you want to sell your book. You take care of transportation, unpacking/packing, sale and payment solution. We will have a table and a chair at your disposal.
