Nigerian-born Iké Udé has been working
as a photographer since the early 90’s, when he debuted with a photo series of himself imitating the covers of various fashion magazines. Since then both clothing and self-portraits have been important ingredients in his photographs, and Udé himself has twice been voted best dressed by Vanity Fair. His colorful images have been shown worldwide and are included in numerous collections. Udé is also a writer, and has published the book Style File: The World’s Most Elegantly Dressed, and he runs the art, culture and fashion magazine aRude.

Nigerianskfødte Iké Udé har drevet som fotograf siden tidlig 90­tall, da han debuterte med en bildeserie av seg selv som imiterte forsidene på ulike motemagasiner. Siden
har både klær og selvportretter vært viktige bestanddeler i hans fotografier, og Udé selv har to ganger blitt kåret til best kledd av Vanity Fair. Hans fargesterke bilder har blitt vist over hele verden og er inkludert i en rekke samlinger. Udé er også forfatter, og har gitt ut boken Style File: The World’s Most Elegantly Dressed, og han driver kunst-­, kultur-­ og motemagasinet aRude.
